LISTEN AMERICA!

Dear Brethren in Christ,

The world Medicine knows very well that prevention it’s better than cure! So, unless we start doing something to teach the Church on how to act in certain situations, we will forever run after the damage which has been done through ignorance and foolishness. By the same token, we can continue to pray forever, but unless we begin to “proclaim the Word of God”, instead of paddng people on their shoulders, we will be killing ourselves and achieve nothing at all!

When in 1985 we came to Italy to start our Evangelistic and Church Planting ministry, a leader of a small church (very small), took me under my arm and told me that he had been crying and praying to God for 15 years, that He would save at least another man, that if he got sick, the other man could have taken care of the church. It was himself, his wife (very shy), four children and an old lady. When he told me that, right away the Word came to me that you can’t save souls by just crying and praying to God! Unless we sow the seed, how can we expect a harvest? …Unless we preach the Gospel, how can anyone call upon the name of the Lord for their salvation?

Usually we use that Scripture and the Parable of the Sower, for the salvation of souls, but what about the growth of those souls after they are born? Isn’t growth done by the same process? …How can we expect anyone to grow in the Word, unless we teach them? And if we don’t prepare the soil first (their hearts), where are we going to sow the seed of the Word of God for their growth, on the roads?

I am calling upon the great TV and Radio Preachers to stop padding people on their shoulders for personal gain and start proclaiming the Word of the Lord for their salvation and for their growth! Yes, teach people that they can have victory on every situation, but first tell them that before they can get a Mercedes, they need to get a Driving Licencse! Teach them that they need to seek the Kingdom of God and its righteousness first! So called Christians believe that since we are saved by grace and not by works, they can go and sleep around with anyone before they get married. Then, when they get married they have had sex with at least fifthy if not 100 different partners and very soon they will end up not liking the one they married! One of the other 100 partners was better than the one they married.

I hear too many people say that they can vote any way they like, no matter what their political agenda is, because after that, God is going to make it work according to His will any way! Many so called Christians voted for Obama even knowing ahead of time that he was going to help the gay Agenda and the pro-choice abortion agenda! That’s a “SIN” against God!!! They knew that he was going to do that and yet they helped him get into office to do just that! What kind of teachings are these people getting? The only thing they can say it’s to …pray for them and not to criticize, but when are we, going to stop acting like children and act like we know what the will of God is in these occasions? We can’t willingly sow corn and then expect to harvest wheat! …How foolish to do a thing like that! Yet that’s what many Christians are doing.

We are in the times of Lot, and although Lot was “in” Sodom, yet he was not “of” Sodoma! …That’s why God delivered him out before destroying the city. By the same token, we are in this world, but we are not of this world (unless we are fooling ourselves)! Jesus also tells us that we are to be, the Light of the World and the Salt of the Earth! Now, we all know what the Light it’s for, but a few people know that the salt it’s not only to give flavor to the food we cook, but it’s also to …preserve uncooked meat! Ham and other preserved meet it’s cured with salt, so it will not go bad! Are we doing that in this world as Jesus told us to do? Or are we allowing it to go bad? Are we preserving the world with our lives, with the message of the Word of God, with our testimony and our prayers, or …are we getting along with them avoiding the risk to offend them with the truth of the Gospel?

Please don’t remind me that we need to pray for our President, for all the politicians and for all the other people, because I know that. But by just praying we don’t solve the problem. God wants us to do that for every person! What I am saying it’s that unless we (you) start blowing the Trumpet, and sounding the Alarm among the so called Christians, they will perish for their sins, but God will require their blood (souls), from our hands! Now, I personally don’t have the possibilities to do that on TVs and Radios, so I am doing that among the local churches, but since you and many others, have the possibility to do that on TVs and Radios, then you should do it and pass the word to other big ministries on TVs. If you can see the danger, then you are called to sound the alarm!

We know that we can get many people just receive Jesus in their hearts and get saved, but if we don’t help them grow and feed them properly, they will eventually get sick and die. In 1982 I was a Counselor at the Billy Graham Crusade in Boston, and every evening we could see hundreds or even thousands of people come forward (many were the same people over and over), but if after having received Jesus in their hearts, they were not taken care of, they would have died of …starvation or of mal-nutrition! If we leave a new-born baby alone in a room, with tons of milk and baby food and after a few days we go there to see him, he will be dead!!!

So, I am hearing God telling me to sound this alarm. To send this appeal out to everyone, to not only be concerned about the salvation of people, but for their growing as well. Now, you and God know very well if you are called to that (everyone is). If you can see the danger, then you are called! And probably you know who else has been called to do that among the many Media ministries, so let’s do it! And don’t be afraid of losing a few supporters, because what we would be losing if we don’t obey God, it would be much more that just some supporters! We would lose God’s support!!!
